Illuminations connects light, sound and music in spectacular ways. Co-curated with Brzask, the opening act is French ambient producer Malibu, with a slowly evolving, hypnotic show that ebbs and flows. Robin Fox's latest work Triptych, inspired by the work of A/V pioneer Stanisław Ostoja-Kotkowski, will use lasers to transform Teatr Nowa’s architecture into a stunning new environment. The night culminates with a demonstration of Evian Christ’s vision of trance music as a vehicle for serenity and violence, with a jaw-dropping light show designed by Emmanual Baird.
