Lucha Lub is a unique, colourful and radical celebration of queer culture and performance, inspired by the theatrical Mexican wrestling sport Lucha Libre. For the first time ever, at the invite of Ephemera, Lucha Lub moves out of Mexico City’s underground clubs – to Warsaw on Pride weekend. Join our open call to local queer collectives and performers to be part of Lucha Lub, with workshops leading up to the wild, wet fun taking place in the former schoolyard at Szkoła. Guest DJ is BADSISTA (who later appears for a club set at Dragana Bar). Afterward, the evening will only get crazier, with Balinese duo Gabber Modus Operandi bringing their infamous liveshow, fusing gabber, hardcore, polyphonic gamelan-inspired rhythms and vocal bursts.
