Anna Zaradny is a composer, instrumentalist, visual artist and co-founder of the Musica Genera festival and label. In her practice, she draws from experiences gained in improvised and experimental music, creating open, organic forms, spanning from minimalist acoustic improvisation to complex electronic compositions. Her discography includes both solo projects and collaborations with artists such as Fennesz, Robert Piotrowicz, Jérôme Noetinger and Tony Buck. She has exhibited and performed worldwide, including at the 5th Biennale de Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kunst-Werke Berlin, Aural Festival in Mexico City, SuperDeluxe in Tokyo, and The Knitting Factory in New York.
