Pola Sutryk(PL)
Pola Sutryk is a cook and designer of edible installations and events, with the aesthetic sensitivity and fascination with nature she acquired during her childhood in the forests of Podlasie translated into visual and culinary art. Currently residing in Reykjavik, she organizes events, workshops and artistic activities, treating food as a subject, medium and pretext for gatherings. She remains closely connected to Warsaw at heart, collaborating with friends from the Krzak cooperative. In her works, she employs fermentation, traditional culinary techniques from around the world, and wild edible plants.
